In this country, most people don’t celebrate Pentecost like Christmas and Easter, indeed I think many may not really know what it is all about.
The coming of the Holy Spirit which Pentecost celebrates is really important, as it signifies the “birthday of the Church”. It marks the moment the apostles began to spread the Christian message to the world when they received the Holy Spirit to empower their witness and ministry.
